It's a long way to travel, and too large a place, to ably satisfy visitors with cardboard cutouts. The chocolate tour, for instance, is educational, yet dull. Those expecting the colour or playfulness of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory may be disappointed. Elsewhere, there's a lack of imagination. Surrounded by marble-effect walls and floors, it's classy, and suits the Lindt brand well.
